Dates are living agricultural products requiring precise environmental management. We deploy multi-zone temperature controls tailored to the physical biology of each variety—ensuring soft Rutab never ferments, and semi-dry Tamr retains supple skin elasticity without sugaring.
Lots are sorted into Super Jumbo, Jumbo, Large, and Medium. Premium grades are selected for low skin separation and even moisture. A residue test is arranged only when the buyer asks for one.
